Dr Anna Lottersberger Academic Development, RUFA (Rome University of Fine Arts), Founder LAND Education, Italy

Anna Lottersberger is responsible for Academic Development at RUFA Rome University of Fine Arts and founder of LAND Education. Holds a Ph.D. in Design and an MA in Fashion Design from Politecnico di Milano. Worked with Culti and Loro Piana and co-founded the brand Il Sistema degli Oggetti. Lectured in Italy, Lebanon, China, and Singapore. Was the Head of the School of Fashion and Design at MDIS, then the Head of Fashion Cluster at Domus Academy. 

 

Kai Paul, Co-owner Indosole , Indonesia

I have moved from the engineering world of high rise buildings and community centres in San Francisco, CA., to the sports management and fashion industry of Southern California, to now managing production and innovation while growing our business at Indosole over the last 10 years. I have helped two companies from their early stages, Power Balance and Indosole, in all facets of the business -logistics, marketing, sales, and production. Currently, I am enjoying being a part of strengthening our products and brand position at Indosole.

 

Tiphaine Pham Strategic & Programme Advisor, The ICM Falk Foundation, Vietnam

 Tiphaine Pham works in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam to support and promote the upstream circular transition through her work at the Ida C. & Morris Falk Foundation (ICMFF). 

At ICMFF, she works directly with impact entrepreneurs, funders and support organizations for strategic partnerships and collaborative projects. As their country advisor, she also co-designed and implemented the Circular Innovation Grant program to provide grants to local innovators for waste reduction at the source (upstream innovation) within the Packaging, Fashion and Foods Systems sectors.

With previous experience in Digital Transformation for MNCs and Manufacturing in export ceramics, she is passionate about helping the private sector ensure an efficient, sustainable and equitable growth strategy through collaborative and innovative business models. She holds a MsC in Strategic Management from Paris Dauphine (PSL University) and BsC in Economics & Management from Paris Dauphine & the University of Hong Kong.

Thu joins the  investments team of Reapra  focusing on pre-seed and idea stage founders.  Her  key role is to support entrepreneurs to connect and translate their life mission to business success, the Reapra way.  Thu spent 5 years of her career in major research and asset management firms such as Indochina Research, Tan Hoang Minh Group and VinaCapital while hustling to create  her first startup in education. Being a founder and through practice at Reapra has helped Thu  have more empathy for founders, giving her the tools to support entrepreneurs through a challenging yet exciting journey.

Thu Vu is a fashion enthusiast and the founder of Passii Vietnam - a consignment platform for women to sell and buy their pre-owned clothes in order to easily declutter their wardrobes and living spaces. With Passii, Thu wants to fill in the big gap of the current fashion industry by a business model that is based on circular economy principles to hit the triple bottom line.
